On the Call History page under Details, the status of each call is provided to advertisers:
- Duration: Most calls show duration (e.g. 1 min 32 sec) which means the call was successfully completed.
- No answer: The call was not answered by a person or voicemail.
- Busy signal: The call was not completed because the line was busy.
- Failed dial: The call did not go through. Verify that your phone number and the contact tracking number are working as expected.
To locate your phone number and contact tracking number:
- Sign in to your Avvo account.
- Go to your Avvo profile.
- Click Edit Profile at the top of the page.
- Under Contact Information, click Edit to view both your phone number and the contact tracking number.
