What do the different call statuses mean?

On the Call History page under Details, the status of each call is provided to advertisers:

  • Duration: Most calls show duration (e.g. 1 min 32 sec) which means the call was successfully completed.
  • No answer: The call was not answered by a person or voicemail.
  • Busy signal: The call was not completed because the line was busy.
  • Failed dial: The call did not go through. Verify that your phone number and the contact tracking number are working as expected.

To locate your phone number and contact tracking number:

  1. Sign in to your Avvo account.
  2. Go to your Avvo profile.
  3. Click Edit Profile at the top of the page.
  4. Under Contact Information, click Edit to view both your phone number and the contact tracking number.
