I can't reply to messages in my email. What do I do?

When a customer sends you a message via Avvo.com, we notify you in email. In most cases, you should be able to reply to the message directly from the email.

If reply by email is not working, do the following:

  1. Sign in to your Avvo account.
  2. Go to your Messages folder.
  3. Select a message to read or reply to it.
